The staff were helpful and friendly, making my stay very enjoyable. The hotel facilities were very clean and well-maintained, and the big rooms and bathrooms were a huge upgrade from other hotels I've stayed at. the location was fabulous and made it easy to explore this beautiful city. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a great variety of options to choose from.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which had a great variety of options. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from all the local attractions.
That noise management could have been better. We could hear noise from other rooms and sometimes the staff would play music or videos very loudly which was a bit annoying.

the staff was always there to help and were very accommodating. the breakfast service was tasty and fulfilling. the location was convenient with easy access to different parts of town and beautiful views of the city and nearby mountains. the inn also offered various amenities like a lounge area and a bar that added extra comfort to the stay.
Sound isolation was a problem in areas like the common room and hallways, which made it difficult to sleep when others were making noise.

The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were big, which made our Christmas stay comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of food to choose from.
The noise levels were terrible in the hotel. It was impossible to relax or get a good night's sleep as there was a lot of noise from other guests and staff.
